Outline

You will study units such as the human lifespan development, meeting individual care and support, and working in Health and Social Care.

Progression

The Health & Social Care course provides preparation for a wide range of careers within the care field including nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work and working with children in a variety of settings. Skills gained on these courses are also transferable to a range of other careers.

Entry Requirements

Vocational A-Levels: Students are required to have achieved a minimum of five grade 4s at GCSE, which must include either English or Maths.Additional Information: We will consider 1 Vocational qualification in place of a GCSE as long as a grade 4 is achieved in English.
